Job Description:

  • Understanding that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to guaranteeing satisfaction to customer.
  • Generating sales revenue through new and existing customers
  • Determine each customer’s needs by asking questions and listening
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
  • Resolves customer complaints and other matters
  • Keep abreast of new products and their benefits to customers
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
  • Responsible for collection of payments from customers
  • Provide timely feedback to manager regarding customers’ feedback
  • Work proactively with other team members
  • Weekly and monthly reporting, attend meetings and training
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma with min 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • At least 2 years of B2B /Area Sales Experience
  • FMCG background will be an added advantage.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and BM.
  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated and enjoy teamwork
  • Possess own transport
  • Good communication skills.
  • Tenure: Full Time, Permanent
  • Offered Salary: RM 2.8K - RM 3.5K + Incentives + Allowance
