Job Description:

  • Quality and performance assurance of HR applications.
  • Need to collaborate and coordinate with the application and sales consultants to continuously improve the marketability and Quality of the Human Resource software applications.
  • Require to prepare technical documentation during development and conduct training to our application & sales Consultant.
  • Innovativeness and creativity towards improving development process, product Quality and features.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in IT or its equivalent and have a minimum of 1-2 years of software development experience. Minimum 3 years related working experience (for senior position).
  • Knowledge and have programming experience in Microsoft .NET technologies.
  • Experience in developing sophisticated web applications using C# .NET / Ajax/ JQuery / HTML5 & MS SQL Server will have an added advantage. (For senior position).
  • Able to independently carry out the development work according to specification provided with high degree of self-driven and motivation is a must.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.\
  • Lead, supervise, train and groom team subordinates (for senior position).
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Applicants with Microsoft Certification in software development (e.g. MCP, MCSD) are strongly encouraged to apply.
