    Job Description:

    • Create detailed furniture designs using AutoCAD software, including renderings, technical drawings, and assembly instructions. 
    • Work with cross-functional teams such as product development and manufacturing to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. 
    • Lead and manage the R&D team to ensure the achievement of team goals. 
    • Develop and implement innovative R&D strategies to drive the development of new product and technologies. 
    • Ensure on-time delivery and quality of R&D projects. 
    • Track industry trends and technological developments to enhance product innovation.  
    • Develop prototypes and conduct product testing to evaluate functionality, durability, and user experience. 

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or related fields. 
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD software and experience in furniture design. 
    • Good understanding of furniture construction principles, materials and manufacturing techniques.     
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into actual design. 
    • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment. 
    • Have an in-depth understanding of the industry’s technological development trends.
