    Job Description:

    • Develop, test, deploy, and support CRM applications across the full system lifecycle.
    • Work with Architects, Business Analysts, and Product teams to understand requirements and design workable solutions.
    • Build and maintain application code, databases, and system integrations that are secure and reliable.
    • Create and maintain technical designs and documentation to support ongoing support and future enhancements.
    • Participate in code reviews, releases, and DevOps activities, and support team knowledge sharing.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in C# (.NET Core / .NET Framework) development.
    • Strong working knowledge of Azure, ADO.NET, T/SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, ADF, and MS BI Stack.
    • Experience delivering business-critical, cloud-based applications.
    • Solid understanding of SDLC, agile delivery, and DevOps practices.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Good command of written and spoken English.

    Good to Have

    • Experience with ReactJS and HTML5.
    • Exposure to CRM or enterprise customer-facing systems.
    • Ability to communicate in Mandarin for stakeholder discussions.
    • Experience mentoring or coaching junior developers.
