Job Description:
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for underwriting, claims analytics,and fraud detection.
- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model optimization using large datasets.
- Build AI solutions for extracting information from insurance-related documents.
- Support the full AI model lifecycle, from development and testing to production deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Contribute to AI governance, standards, and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Java application development.
- Strong skills in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL, performance tuning, and database optimization.
- Experience in REST APIs, system integration, and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Insurance domain experience is an added advantage.
