Job Description:

• Managing certain product-line sales in the assigned territory;
• Reviewing and analysing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets sustainably;
• Attending team meeting and training session with colleagues to improve sales skill & technical knowledge on product applications’
• Develop a thorough understanding of employer’s products and applications through classes, seminars, and on-the-job training;
• Work with experienced salespeople to develop sales skills through real life examples and role-plays;
• Mentorship program with a focus on sales training will be provided with an intergration of employer’s company culture of success;
• Provide technical consultation and service to customers to help solve their applications using employer’s products;
• Be highly flexible in adapting to employer’s expectations and the challenges customers present you;
• Travel to customer locations three days per week in a wide variety of manufacturing environments.

• Fresh graduates with any Engineering Degree are highly encouraged to apply;
• Incumbent with less than 2 years of working experience are also encouraged to apply;
• RM 4,000 (Basic salary) + RM 1,200 (Fixed allowance) + Claims + Incentive
• Prefer candidates who can start between February to April 2024.
