Job Description:

Conceptualize and lead social media copywriting efforts, developing engaging narratives and strategic initiatives to drive results in areas like acquisition, conversion, and customer retention.
Craft and produce corporate white paper and corporate materials to improve company brand image and identity.
Craft, edit, and proofread content (article / infographic), website content, and email campaigns to ensure exceptional quality and brand alignment.
Plan, execute, and monitor our presence on various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), creating a consistent and engaging voice.
Develop creative, clear, and engaging content that resonates with our target audience and sparks conversation.
Stay ahead of the curve by crafting forward-thinking social media strategies aligned with current trends and best practices.
Provide thoughtful feedback to social media platform inquiries and requests, ensuring clear and informative responses.
Manage and maintain engaging content for the company website and social media platforms.
Utilize email marketing tools to deliver regular updates to clients and internal staff.
Collaborate with team members by reviewing their work and offering constructive feedback.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Advertising related field.
3+ years of experience in social media copywriting, demonstrating a strong portfolio of engaging content.
Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and a mastery of grammar, punctuation, and style.
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
Superior time management skills to prioritize, schedule, and adapt as needed in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Hootsuite, with experience in social media advertising tools a plus.
Independent and good communication skill.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
