Job Description:

• Manage the project life cycle from planning, execution, completion until project signed off.
• Develop detailed project plan based on scope, expected project outcome using agile or hybrid approach.
• Ensure the health of project through-out project life cycle and timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Effective stakeholder management between business owners & team, technology teams, vendors/partners and ensure the alignment between all parties.
• Establish effective project governance and communication.  Provide clear and concise project status update with effective risk mitigation plan.
• Facilitate timely decision making and escalation of issues and risk avoiding impact on project deliverables.
• Tracking of project budget and actual cost
• Project deliverables of all milestones are reviewed and approved to ensure compliance and deliverables are meeting customer expectation.
