Job Description:

The Python Developer (Lead Dev) will be responsible for:

Resource Management: Efficiently assign tasks to optimize the delivery of business requirements.
Advanced Development: Design, develop, and optimize Python applications to meet business needs and enhance functionality.
Code Review: Review peers’ code for compliance with standards, functionality, and optimization.
Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, architects, and product managers to ensure cohesion and quality in product development.
Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software challenges to ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
Optimization: Refactor and optimize the existing codebase for improved performance and scalability.
Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation for new and existing features.
Unit Testing: Experience in testing of APIs via Unit Test

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Python development.
Proven track record of Program Development Life Cycle application
Extensive knowledge with popular Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Familiar with code versioning using Git
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle: Agile / Scrum
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Creative, innovative, with strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
