Job Description:
- Lead cross-platform development using React Native, JavaScript, and .NET Core with REST/GraphQL APIs, delivering scalable mobile/web apps for iOS and Android.
- Oversee DevOps and cloud infrastructure, managing CI/CD pipelines and deployments on AWS/Azure with Docker and microservices architecture.
- Translate business needs into solutions, handling stakeholder communication, documentation (BRD/FSD, Visio), and mentoring dev teams in Agile settings.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years in project and team leadership, managing schedules, budgets, resources, and mentoring developers while ensuring delivery excellence.
- strong business analysis and stakeholder management, translating complex requirements into technical solutions with clear documentation (Visio, Draw.io, PlantUML, C4 Model).
- proficient in Agile/Scrum environments with solid MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for reporting, proposals, and presentations.
