Job Description:
- Lead business analysis and functional consulting across erp and enterprise systems, translating requirements into workable solutions
- Manage stakeholders and deliverables in agile projects, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with business goals
- Mentor junior team members and produce clear documentation including brds, fsds, and process diagrams
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in functional consulting or business analysis, with solid domain knowledge and hands-on erp exposure (sap, oracle, CRM, microsoft dynamics)
- Strong delivery background with proven skills in uat, requirement workshops, brds/fsds, and process documentation using tools like visio or draw.io
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in agile teams using tools like trello, jira, or azure devops
