Job Description:
- Lead and manage audit engagements for a range of clients across multiple industries, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with firm standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members by providing on-the-job training and support, enhancing their technical capabilities and understanding of audit methodology.
- Manage engagement logistics, including timely billing, fee recovery, and ensuring compliance with the firm’s risk management policies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and delivering value-added insights throughout the audit process
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline and/or a Professional qualification or a membership in Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
- Possess more than 4 years of relevant working experience
- At least 1 year of experience in leading and managing teams.
- Willing to work OT during peak season
