Job Description:
- Lead application development, enhancement, and BAU system support.
- Own solution design, architecture, and technical implementation for assigned platforms.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects including planning, execution, and production support.
- Ensure systems are delivered with high availability, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Lead and guide a small technical team (developers / support engineers).
- Collaborate with business users, vendors, and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, IT governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Handle incident resolution and second-level production support.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8–10 years IT application development experience.
- At least 6–8 years in technical lead / supervisory role.
- Strong experience in system design, solution architecture, and application delivery.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- ESB / Web Services (JSON, SOAP).
- Oracle / SQL.
- NET or similar backend technologies.
- Front-end or mobile technologies (e.g. React Native).
- Experience in BAU support, incident management, and production systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Insurance or financial services industry experience.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Exposure to digital transformation or automation initiatives.
