Job Description:

• Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across multiple domains, including Banking, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, and Learning & Development (L&D).
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical solutions.
• Perform fit-gap analysis, solution design, process reengineering, and system optimization Requirements Gathering & Documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions with business stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including: Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Use Cases and User Stories.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through testing and deployment Solution Implementation & Delivery.
• Support system configuration, deployment, data migration, and integration mapping.
• Lead and support UAT, functional testing, and defect resolution.
• Act as the key liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle Project & Delivery Support.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables using Microsoft Project (Gantt charts).
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Work within Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models, collaborating closely with development and QA teams Stakeholder Management & Communication.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders across C-level executives, business users, and technical teams.
• Manage expectations, resolve issues, and build consensus.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills Process Modeling & Documentation.
• Create As-Is and To-Be process flows, system diagrams, and UML diagrams.
• Use tools such as Visio and Draw.io to document business and system interactions Tools & Collaboration.
• Prepare professional documentation using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Deliver executive-level and client-facing presentations.
• Work comfortably in Agile environments using tools such as Trello and Azure DevOps.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants when required.
