Job Description:
- Gather, assess, and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Design system solutions that align with business needs and support delivery feasibility.
- Prepare documentation including BRD, user stories, functional specs, and user manuals.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and project teams.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
- Manage and track requirement changes in collaboration with Project Managers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for system implementation and enhancements.
- Conduct system demonstrations, briefings, and user training when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Agile environments.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation (BRD, user stories), and UAT support.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to insurance or financial services industry.
- Experience in digital platforms or distribution systems.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX concepts and system workflows.
