Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end development, from system analysis and coding to testing and implementation.
- Enhance and support core banking applications on AS400/Silverlake to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver new features, system enhancements, and quarterly releases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including L3 production support when required.
- Collaborate with business, QA, infrastructure, and vendor teams to drive successful project delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in RPG/RPGLE development on AS400/iSeries.
- Solid understanding of DB2, file structures, and queries.
- Exposure to banking modules such as Deposits, Loans, Payments, or Customer/BWCIF.
- Good knowledge of SDLC, testing practices, and change management.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CL, COBOL, or job scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with Silverlake modules (Deposits, Loans, BWCIF, ATM, NPL, Collateral).
- Working knowledge of Aldon/Arcad, MQ, SFTP, or Control-M.
- Background in L2/L3 production support.
- Understanding of banking processes and financial workflows.
