Job Description:

Training and recruitment :

• Manage the company’s career website and social media platform to showcase the employer brand and attract potential candidate
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s culture and values to potential candidate

Training and development :

• Able to conduct orientation effectively either to locals or foreign workers effectively
• Able to assist in analysing the HR development needs through the Training needs analysis and develop plans
• Manage HRDF submission & claim

Others :

• Manage Exits interview process
• Prepare yearly Salary Benchmarking

Requirement :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in equivalent major
• At least 3 years of experience handling Training and Recruitment
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
• Well verse in Malaysia Employment Act
• Experience in IR matters is an added
• Uphold integrity, confidentiality, conscientious, and act with
• Team player, motivated and
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Social Media platform
