Job Description:

• Design and maintain end-to-end infrastructure architecture, including on-premise and hybrid cloud environments.
• Develop infrastructure blueprints, reference architectures, and high-level/low-level designs.
• Define and maintain infrastructure, network, and identity architecture roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategy.
• Design high availability and resilient infrastructure solutions across enterprise systems, cloud, and unified communications.
• Serve as technical lead for Windows Server, Active Directory, and identity modernization initiatives.
• Manage and architect Active Directory environments (AD DS, Group Policy, DNS, replication, trusts).
• Design and support hybrid identity architecture integrating on-prem Active Directory with Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Guide engineering teams in implementing secure and scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Provide deep technical expertise across Windows Server, virtualization, compute, storage, networking, and identity services.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and stability issues in infrastructure and identity systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Present architecture recommendations, design justification, and solution trade-offs.
• Ensure infrastructure solutions comply with security, regulatory, and governance standards.
• Implement identity and access management controls, including authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning, especially for identity and core infrastructure services.
• Develop and promote best practices and reusable infrastructure design templates.
• Support cost optimization and standardization of infrastructure platforms.
