Job Description:
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products in order to persuade potential customers to know more about our products and schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
- Explain products and answer questions from customers.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address and enter information into computers.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Learn up product information and knowledge.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM level. Engineering related education background or working experience are additional advantages
- Required Languages: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to work overtime when necessary
- Working experience as telemarketer or at call centre is additional advantage
- Computer literate
- Prefer candidate who is immediate starter or able to start work Dec 2025/Jan 2026
