Job Description:
- Ensure Smooth Functioning and running the entire IT at Company
- Provide technical support to employees regarding technical issue such as troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issue.
- Organize and manage IT assets, and maintain IT equipment for office use, including laptops, mobile phones, IP phones, servers, network device, user accounts and access etc
- Assist in problem resolving and work closely on further IT development and planning.
- IT helpdesk / IT administrator
- Manage Microsoft 365
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline.
- Familiar with network equipment, desktop support and system administration.
- Strong communication & change management skills and ability to interact and work with different parties.
- Able to work independently, under pressure and when required flexible hours.
- Well-organised and able to multitask.
- Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and MANDARIN
- Able to work physically in office (no remote work)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT, preferable age not more than 27
- Prefer candidates who can start immediately
