Job Description:

Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, company culture, and role-specific skill requirements.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing, screening, interview arrangement to offer management and placement.
Prepare and coach candidates for client interviews by providing insights into the role, company expectations, and interview best practices.
Consistently meet or exceed individual financial and performance targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, candidates with a Diploma and relevant experience with a proven track record will also be considered.
At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment agency or internal Talent Acquisition environment.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
