Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for contract staffing roles.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening and interview coordination.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
- Coordinate closely with clients and internal stakeholders regarding hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within given timelines.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or staffing industry.
- Experience in contract staffing/recruitment agency environment is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, or Indeed.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
