Job Description:

• Develop and continuously update architecture, engineering, and operational roadmaps for enterprise networking services aligned with business and IT strategy.
• Design and recommend highly available network solutions supporting:
  • Data, voice (Unified Communications / Contact Center).
  • Multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability bottlenecks, providing clear technical recommendations and leading remediation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, PMO, Business IT, Infrastructure teams, and managed service partners to:
  • Design, evaluate, pilot, and implement solutions.
  • Ensure smooth operational delivery.
• Work closely with business units to establish and embed best practices into architecture and engineering designs.
• Maintain deep expertise in networking and cloud technologies to ensure:
  • Cost-effective solutions.
  • Alignment with evolving business requirements.
• Define and implement standardized methodologies and templates for:
  • Requirements gathering.
  • TCO analysis.
  • Product/service evaluation.
  • Infrastructure design and peer reviews.
• Promote reusable solution frameworks to improve efficiency, consistency, and productivity across projects.
• Participate in Business Continuity Management (BCM), IT Security, and Risk Management initiatives, ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain:
  • Network roadmaps and blueprints.
  • Design patterns and best practices.
  • Enterprise network architecture (on-prem, cloud, unified communications).
• Ensure all solutions adhere to security and compliance standards, including:
  • Data protection.
  • Access control.
  • Regulatory requirements.
• Lead the development of disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP), including business impact analysis.
• Evaluate project constraints and risks, proposing alternative solutions and design improvements when necessary.
• Analyze the business impact of technical decisions on processes and the overall technology landscape.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive collaboration, innovation, and business value across the organization.
