Job Description:
- Monitor network systems, servers, and applications using NOC tools and dashboards
- Respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime
- Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Perform triage to assess severity and impact of incidents.
- Escalate issues to appropriate teams (e.g., network engineers, system admins) based on predefined protocols
- Maintain detailed incident logs and documentation for all events and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve network issues
- Conduct routine health checks and performance analysis of network components
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning exercises
- Provide shift handover reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Open for Malaysian citizen Only
- Minimum at Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in network monitoring or IT support roles
- Familiarity with NOC tools (e.g., SolarWinds)
- Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP)
- Familiarity with ticketing tools e.g. ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc is a PLUS.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
