Job Description:
- Monitor and support production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Investigate and troubleshoot application issues across C# backend and React JS frontend.
- Analyse logs, application behaviour, and error reports to identify root causes.
- Query and validate data in MSSQL databases to support issue resolution.
- Work with development teams to escalate and resolve defects or system bugs.
- Provide timely updates and resolution status to stakeholders.
- Perform basic bug fixes or configuration changes where applicable.
- Support deployment validation and post-release monitoring.
- Document incidents, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolutions.
Job Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with C# (.NET) and React JS.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture (frontend–backend interaction).
- Experience in production support / application support environment.
- Ability to read and understand application code for troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of SQL and MSSQL database querying.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage incidents under time pressure.
- Good communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
