Job Description:
Promote and Sell Products:
- Increase sales by effectively promoting and selling our products to both new and existing customers.
Develop New Markets:
- Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new accounts through strategic brand awareness initiatives.
Customer Consultation and Support:
- Act as a solutions provider by addressing customer needs, offering consultations, recommendations, and technical support.
Account Management:
- Manage customer and prospect relationships by building and maintaining detailed contact records, ensuring effective account management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education requirement – Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in bearings and related products, including those used in machinery or engineering applications, is required.
- Candidates with a strong background in selling both bearings and other complementary industrial products will be preferred.
- Conversational in Mandarin as the role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking customers.
- Must be familiar with Bintulu and surrounding areas for effective sales territory expansion.
- This position is remote, requiring candidates to manage sales activities independently while located in Bintulu.
- Own vehicle as a mode of transportation.
- Passion in Sales and Problem Solving; Positive mindset and an Agile attitude; Outgoing personality, Pro-active and Self-motivated.
