Job Description:
- Candidate Sourcing:Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent.
- Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring alignment throughout the recruitment process.
- Reporting:Prepare and present weekly reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and key metrics to provide oversight and support decision-making.
- Screening and Interviewing:Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
