Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Sourcing Hub team in the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates, managing hiring managers' and recruiters' expectations, providing weekly reports for oversight, and performing other tasks as required to align with management's higher goals.

Job Description:

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring alignment throughout the recruitment process.
Reporting: Prepare and present weekly reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and key metrics to provide oversight and support decision-making.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.

Job Requirements:

Open for Malaysian or permanent resident of Malaysia only
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience
Proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
