Job Description:
- Inbound & Outbound Sales: Handle incoming inquiries and make outbound calls (leads provided) to convert prospects into customers.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop, refine, and implement effective sales strategies for higher conversion rates.
- Performance Tracking: Record all sales activities in CRM and track individual progress against department goals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide accurate and confident responses.
- Compliance: Adhere to telesales regulations, DNC, data protection, and internal SOPs while maintaining ethical sales practices.
- Customer Engagement: Address and escalate customer complaints promptly to ensure effective resolution.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum at Diploma level.
- Minimum 1 – 3-year telesales function in insurance/financial services industry.
- Excellent conversational skills in English (good in writing).
- Working knowledge in general insurance product.
