Job Description:
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of compliance and payment-filtering applications, ensuring secure and reliable transaction processing.
- Perform impact analysis, technical design, and full SDLC delivery, including data mapping and technical requirement refinement with business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts and SQL queries to support automation, system integration, and data analysis.
- Drive vendor solution implementation, including gap analysis, customization, and coordination with vendors and internal teams (QA, DevOps, infrastructure) for smooth deployments.
Job Requirements:
- Proven software development experience with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Background in banking, payments, or compliance technology.
- Strong hands-on skills in Unix/Linux shell scripting, SQL, and working knowledge of Java for enhancements and defect fixing.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, technical design principles, and impact analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Nice to Have
- Experience implementing or managing enterprise vendor solutions.
- Familiarity with payments technology such as SWIFT messaging or transaction flows.
- Understanding of AML, compliance, or message-filtering systems.
